TUITION

Parents are welcome to use any portion of the day that they choose. 

Tuition is due by the 25th of each month.   There will be no reduction in tuition due to absence or family vacations or center/holiday closures.  There will be a $25/day late fee applied after the 1st of the month.

Our school closes promptly at 6:00 PM, for the Full Day program.  Parents are expected to arrive by 5:45 PM., gather their child’s belongings, and depart by 6:00 PM.  There is a $30.00 minimum fee for late pick-ups, and $20.00 for every 10 minutes will begin to accrue at 6:01 PM.  After three late pick-ups in a three month period, parents will be asked to find another program for their child that better suits their schedule. 

The same policy will apply to the Part Day program that ends at 1:00 PM and the Afternoon Program which ends at 5:00 PM; parent arrival at 12:45/4:45 PM, departure promptly by 1:00/5:00 PM.  Late fees will begin accruing at 1:00/5:00 PM respectively.

We require a registration fee of one month’s tuition at the time of enrollment to be held and applied toward the last month’s tuition.  Thirty days written notice is required upon withdrawing your child from the program on the first day of the month.  Contract terminations between June 1 through September 30 will require a sixty day written notice provided no later than the first of the month.
