About Us

This program was founded by Stephanie Hill, Executive Director in July 2000 along with a group of Crescent Park families committed to preserving high-quality early childhood programs in their neighborhood and wishing to serve the needs of other families that live or work in Palo Alto and the surrounding communities.

Crescent Park is well-known for its cozy, home-like environment where children are grouped in a family setting; a well balanced, multi-age mix of children ages two through five.  Older children learn respect and compassion for younger ones.  Younger children adore and emulate older ones.
